Pros

-You get to work on a lot of projects that help you to broaden your skill set. - Free food, which is great!!!! - Hard working group of people and the engineering team is always willing to pitch in and help.

Cons

- Terrible culture. There are racist comments and age discrimination by senior staff. Product, Marketing and Sales team (especially VP level) are stuck up and tend to bully staff, play political games and play favorites. They are always finding ways to get the ex-CEO to fire employees that they have not worked with at their previous companies (Yammer, IronPort,WibiData). - All the early hires have left the company and senior staff does not seem to care about that. -

Moving fast and having fun

Pros

I really enjoy working with really smart people that are pushing the status quo away from traditional analytics. Everyone enjoys having fun at work, building great product, and collaborating with one another. Product continues to improve greatly with each quarterly release cycle. Fun, fast-paced journey! If you are a self-starter that is willing to roll-up your sleeves and work hard, you'll excel here.

Cons

Company has undergone a lot of change recently. Though the change has all been positive in my opinion and we are up-leveling sales and the field, it is important to be transparent that not all attrition is regretted so that people further removed don't feel that this change is negative.

Great work-life balance. Company knows how to work hard and play hard. You really get to see the progress of the product and how much customer love it.
