Pros
We're getting a lot of attention from big companies. People are making their numbers in a few months. Customers gush over the service and products. We are supporting mission critical services for millions of users, and customers keep growing on us. It's like a we have a magic potion for customers or something. They can't get enough of it. This is not a place to come in and have a "couple" quarters to "get ramped up." You either sink or swim - very quickly. One guy was blown out in 3 months for not being up to the standard. They choose the very best and then pay them like investment bankers. But you will also work like an investment banker.
Cons
Not that this is a huge con bit it is difficult to get a job here. I've put in a bunch of really quality people whom I've seen exceed their numbers, and they have all been rejected... mgmt. has made a couple mistake hires in the past (just look at the few negative GlassDoor reviews-those are people who got blown out of here against their will) and they want to make sure the candidate is really the best there is. We are getting them too.
