The days can have long hours. But it's worth it. Not enough staff "yet" to accomplish all of the ideas floating around.

I think going forward these guys are going to have a hard time growing if management stays the same. The founders are all engineers who found themselves in leadership roles, and try really hard to act like business leaders. Yet, sadly they are stuck in an engineer's mindset, and are stubborn and keep on insisting on strategies that don't work. Insecurity and lack of trust basically runs through the system. You don't know if what you are told is true. The CEO is not empowering other leaders to do their job and keeps clawing back control. There is a lot of overstepping happening from high level in other teams.
