- founding team is great. easy to access, very talented - like the company culture - everyone is open minded and there are no barriers across leadership or otherwise - working with very smart engineers - things move fast, we are always working on near term deadlines and building things that ship to customers rapidly - the company seems to be in early stages of building what can become a very successful platform and business model - employee feedback seems to be taken seriously. there are open hands and company Q and A sessions (new) that are a good portal for expressing opinions and asking questions of any kind for every employee

Good benefits, unlimited PTO. Management is transparent and open to suggestions from all employees, much more lateral instead of vertical hierarchy, trust between coworkers and initiative drive work and work schedules rather than quotas and rules. I've been at the company for almost 4 years now as a software engineer and I've learned and dipped my feet into so much that I'm surprised I've only been here for 4 years. The company trusts and gives its employees a lot of responsibility, so if you are looking to work somewhere where your work will be appreciated, you can take initiative and contribute to the company roadmap, and where you can grow in your field, Platform9 is a good match.
