      Pros

      Senior management is great. They are all really sharp and great to work with. There are great opportunities to get your hands dirty and apply yourself to the rapid development cycle.

      Cons

      My career path and mentoring could be better and the amount of technical debt in some area can be quite distressing.

      Pros

      Founders are great people, and the RSU payout is great.

      Cons

      The non-founder leadership is lacking, to say the least. Having regional sales managers who literally do not leave the office makes no sense at all. Being channel driven does make sense, for sure, but there is no structure in the sales organization. Senior sales leadership is atrocious and needs a shake up.
