      Pros

      Fun working environment, great work/life balance. Great on site cafe and work out facility

      Cons

      Management, management, management. Either good manager but, not strong enough to outweigh bad popular strategies for the company or bad manager with 'power' to make non strategic or profitable decisions for the company. There are definitely some good/strong managers in the bunch.

      Pros

      The culture is very open and everything revolves around the consumer which is something I havent seen in many other companies. The way that management gives freedom to its groups allows for greater creative freedom to develop ideas (always taking into consideration the needs of its consumers)

      Cons

      Sony corporate policies can sometimes overshadow the PS irrelevant culture. Bureaucracy and antiquated processes create some major frustrations when it comes to executions.

      Pros

      You don't have to worry about getting fired. They operate like a studio instead of a technology company so it's easy to get up to speed.

      Cons

      Good Ideas never see the light of day and bad Ideas never get killed. Japanese culture instills a process of conscious which is extremely detrimental in a technology company. No one is given decision making power.
