Pros

Amazing and supportive team culture, excellent commissino strutcture and benefits, incredible health care partner, monthly wellness stipend, you get to meet and work with interesting businesses, great for a self-driven and competative personality (lots of friendly competition to keep AE's motivated that also come with great incentives for winning). This is a work hard, live well culture!

Cons

Little ongoing training, international teams working across different time zones can cause delays and confusion, management tends to be more hands off than is ideal. Onboarding is mostly done offshore for customers which can create negative experiences if the person buying in doesnt fully understand what they're getting into. It's a very complex system to learn and churns can be rough.

The way you described the sales culture as supportive, motivated, and built for people who like to push themselves really stands out. Account Executive roles can be demanding and complex, so the way teams support each other and stay motivated matters a lot. We appreciate you sharing this perspective and the part you played in building that culture. — Daniela, People & Culture at Playlist

Pros

The people I worked with for the brief time I did were great.

Cons

Everything. It was the worst job I ever had. The script. It was so unorganized. My manager changed 2 weeks in to the job due to a reorg. Moved me from the hiring manager 2 hours away to one in bumbleF Montana, totally normal for a field sales role? She didn’t fire me, she went on vacation and had her boss, sales director, do it for her. I was ecstatic. This is a predatory company for clients, candidates, and employees. Sinking ship. Interview process should have been a red flag. They are desperate. Don’t do it!!!
