      *Amazing leadership *Merit-based culture, very little politics *Remote-friendly *Great company trajectory *Things get done quickly here, similar to a startup, but with larger-company resourcing

      Cons

      The main downside is inheriting historical technical and operational debt that needs to be fixed given that Mindbody has been around for 20+ years

      Pros

      Great leadership, solid product team, and a great culture. I left the organization due to some frustrations with leadership and growth potentials. After returning, I can't express how happy I am to be back. Very excited for the changes that have occurred with the product over the past couple of years and excited for the years to come.

      Cons

      Still need some help with internal processes but that's not a deal breaker for me.
