Pros

If you are looking for a place to grow your career, Playlist is the place for you. There is a ton of opportunity to join the team and earn the right to take on more complex roles. Playlist is known for promoting form within! Additionally, the culture and work/life balance are among the best I have ever seen. This is a special place.

Cons

You need to be prepared for change. This is an evolving team and changes could happen.

Pros

Not much outside of remote work

Cons

Laid off after 1 year so they could hire for cheaper in LATAM. Criminally underpaid. When it came time to leave, no one even thanked me for my hours of hard work spent. Received a pay increase in January just to be laid off in April. Company only cares about new accounts and growing profit, hence cutting budget for all service and investing in sales.

Pros

I spent years bouncing around, trying to find that company—the one that doesn’t just say it values you, but actually shows it. Playlist is that place. From day one, I’ve felt supported, seen, and encouraged to grow—not just professionally, but as a human being. It’s a company that wants you to succeed, and gives you the tools, space, and yes—compensation—to actually make it happen. You’re not just doing a job here. You’re building a career that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle. They don’t expect you to be glued to your desk. In fact, they champion balance—fitness, travel, mental wellbeing, family, whatever fuels your best self. Work here doesn’t feel like a chore. It feels like something you get to do, because you’re surrounded by people who genuinely care and a company that’s growing fast, opening doors left and right. I finally feel like I’m not just part of a company, but part of something that is really making waves in the wellness SaaS space, globally.

Cons

If I had to mention a con (and it's hardly one), it’s that working in sales means you really get out what you put in. It rewards drive, consistency, and ownership—which is exciting, but also means it’s on you to show up and push for your own success. Another thing to note is that while Playlist has an amazing, ever-growing team across APAC, we’re pretty spread out. That can mean time zones and coordination take a little extra intention. You might not always be in the same room (or Slack thread) as everyone, but the flip side is getting to work with some seriously brilliant people across different cities and markets.
