None ... it was a horrible experience

Cons

Too much to mention. Let’s start with huge egos of the Sr. executives. Not to mention that they only keep and promote those that look and act like them. The nepotism runs deep. Oh.. and it not uncommon for HR to develop intimate realtionships. Last count.. 5 senior level HR had exclusive relationships / even marriages from people they work with.
