Consistent albeit conservative strategy Solid growth and profitability record Good systems and logical processes Strong design capability and typically good customer retention Reasonable work-life balance Evolving into a global manufacturer

Cons

Wide variations in competency within Sr leadership...some glaring pockets of true incompetence. Very little delegation outside the most Sr level of the company, speaks to distrust of employees Tendency towards micro management, and a Wisconsin-centric view of the world. Significant amount of internal politics to contend with. Pay and bonus system is lower than market, particularly in high cost geographies Positive reinforcement rarely used by Sr Management.
