Opportunity to learn alot. Very structured organisation with proper documentation system setup. Stable company with fairly competent staff Company is still growing

Hours can be long. Fairly unforgiving to mistakes made by staff Quite stressful working environment at times Fairly high engineer turnover

Some job is better than no job in this economy, though this company would be a last resort only in my book.

Cons

Contract manufacturing is the Motel 6 of places to work. The profit margins are very low and CM's are basically at the mercy of their customers.

The interview is tough, and I can tell people are very smart there. It will be a very challenging work place to work, lots of project to meet with, but you will learn a lot.

Cons

It is a very challenging place to work, and it is very competitie. Most of the engineers have master degree and have lots of work experience in some leading industry before they switch their career into plexus.
