Pros

Very clear direction from top management from global site, transparency is very clear.

Cons

The direction from global team doesn't translate well to local site, too much focus on business and ROI and neglected view from much lower employees. Low pay compared to other competitors. Promotion is not really based on merit but you will climb faster if you are someone's favorite.

Pros

Great team and great people to work with. I loved coming into work everyday because of the people - The product and project were just a bonus. The company did a great job at resourcing employee groups and engaging the entire site to build team cohesiveness and boost morale. Great opportunities to move throughout the company into higher positions or different groups.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other companies and lower level engineers are not eligible for bonuses, other than yearly merit raises
