Pros

Company environment is professional and delivers a positive atmosphere. Amazing benefits. No else will deliver better on the health benefits, profit saving and other amazing perks that Plexus as to offer.

Cons

None at this time. The work process is typical of an MLM environment, so you need to be on onboard with this type of system prior to hire.

Incompetent, inbred, frauds, and toxic

Pros

They pay for the employees health insurance

Cons

An embarrassing industry ran by completely incompetent and shady management. They are obsessed with optics at the expense of common sense, forcing ridiculously rigid schedules with absolutely no accommodations, even for salaried, non-production employees. The tech org is run by sycophantic control freaks with little man syndrome, fostering an over 75% turn over rate. Their recruiters are worthless, so positions sit unfilled for 8 months, projects slide as a result, and management blames the workers, lol.
