Pros

Benefits. Benefits. Benefits. Benefits. Benefits.

Cons

HR department the most dysfunctional I have ever seen. Backstabbing environment, definitely not the health and happiness company they claim to be. Career advancement depends on how many people like you not if you can do the job.

Pros

$100 of monthly product allowance. Quarterly profit sharing Snacks in breakrooms

Cons

The company has lots of major issues with management and employee communication. Most decisions are made in silo's and are usually knee-jerk reactions. There is zero consideration for a work/life balance. Working here is a "job," as there are little to no career advancement opportunities. Most of the reviews on here are actually from independent sales representatives (NOT employees). There have been many occasions where our independent sales representatives have threatened or verbally abused its employees, but nothing is done about this because they sell the "pink drink." Please consider applying for a position elsewhere.

Pros

Plexus was once a great place with a trusting culture. Some of the people I worked with were exceptional. They offer $100 a month in product. Office is nice. They allow two hybrid days to work remote which helps with long commuters. Directors get a discount on Lexus cars.

Cons

Last year we watched the CEO and his number 2 stepped down. The company was hitting sales goals (then) but since bringing on a wave of incompetent, insecure and unreliable leaders the morale has shifted dramatically. Waves of lay offs have occurred & sales goals are falling. The new leaders instituted various policies of which they themselves do not adhere to. They are truly not leaders but rather reactionary and emotionally driven managers with titles. Disorganized, plexus seems to always be in a state where communication cross functionally falls short, accountability is put on the low level managers and inspiration is non-existent. What was once a great place to work, where values, trust and empowerment shined, has been wiped out to the hands of fool hearted “know-it-all” managers. I would stay away from Plexus. Also I need to mention expected work hours have shifted and it’s expected employees to be at the ready nearly 24/7 - weekend work included for new initiatives. any “bonus” or profit sharing you think you’ll get, you can honestly deduct half before taxes.
