I could not recommend this company to anyone
Pros
Decent benefits, occasional lunches, $100 toward product (although they tax it) There are some really good people who work here, although probably won't be for much longer.
Cons
Top leaders are completely blind to how employees feel. CEO walks the buildings around 4 or 4:30 to see who left early (by his standards, although has no idea what time people come in.) And preaches "Brilliant at the Basics" but changes nothing to make things run better. Promoted a person to c level who plays favorites and promotes people who are not performing and treats others so awful but it's excused because "the field loves her." HR is a JOKE and has been for years. The two at the top can't be trusted and people are afraid of them, and yet, they are still there. Trust is a big issue. They say it's important and yet don't model it. Say one thing and do another. They just did a big layoff due to financial issues and two days later give out thousands of dollars at the weekly raffle, 8K to the CEO's daughter! Marketing people are told they are expected to be available at all hours. No work-life balance, although we are a "health and happiness" company. Can't discuss PRIDE week or other diversity topics because it might make the field mad, even if it's the right thing to do...integrity is one of the company values. Sales continue to go down. Be very careful if you are considering working here.
