Pros
A fascinating product for an environmentally friendly future. Some of the employees are very capable and friendly. Management is initially open to new employees and interested in them. The pay (base salary) is fair to good.
Cons
The company is shaped by American work culture and expects its international employees to be available 24/7. Bonuses are rarely paid voluntarily, and upper management often tries to take credit for larger projects. Unfortunately, there are some people in management who act disrespectfully toward their team and like to try to pass the buck in calls.
