Pros

They have a lot of skilled and good people, but they continue to lose them. They pay well and benefits are ok. The technology is exciting and really could do wonderful things for the world.

Cons

Upper Management/Leadership - extremely poor communication and is overall dysfunctional. They just keep re-structing in hopes something will fix the dysfunction instead of actually leading the company. Company operates in a state of chaos and a reaction. They re-structure often in hopes something sticks. CEO surrounds himself with "Yes" people. They lack business processes, no concern of quality or their people that essentially run their business. Questionable accounting practices along with extremely poor cash management.

Pros

Exciting industry to work in; providing a feasible solution to expanding renewable energy

Cons

Toxic culture Decentralized leadership, no vision, top-heavy org Unable to execute on customer promises Poor quality products with heavy dependency on field servicing CEO has been around since 2008 and has still not made the company profitable Overly reliant on government subsidies/loans to stay afloat Continues to decrease in sales Has a history of questionable financial practices with evidence of insider trading Andy Marsh, the CEO, was highest paid CEO in the Capital Region in 2024 while he laid off over 30% of his work force that same year
