People as a whole are Plug's greatest strength. There are incredibly talented people who work towards a common goal of making the world a better place through alternative energy.

Cons

Leadership. There is lack of clear direction and vision. The company still runs like a start up and priorities change daily. Big disconnect between executives and middle management, with many managers lacking the authority to make decisions or real change.
