Company Picnics. Can take a day or 2 off to handle personal business.

Cons

Not trying to hire people, revolving door with employees. Training comes from other employees, some managers don't handle work violence correctly.

Innovative and challenging product in power system. Every step of your work shows in the product performance.

Cons

Because the product and its performance is unknown, so we often do over design or under design the parts and the systems. Sometimes cost override the benefits.
