Lack of management. No care for field service technicians. People are promoted by who they are related to or friends with, not by skill.

The pay, learned from some great techs unfortunately that are no longer there as well. The benefits were good also.

Cons

Everything else, terrible management, terrible human resources, they belittle you, make you work 70 plus weeks and still its not enough! You can't make up lost times, re think before becoming employed here.
