Refreshing to work for a company that practices what it preaches - positive work culture, people-first mentality, and a mission to make the world a better place. Challenging work, supportive team and leaders.

Cons

No major cons or red flags. Lots of work to do, which in my opinion is a good problem to have and provides opportunity for growth.

Exciting day to day activity, no one day is the same, it's rewarding work, plenty of opportunities for success, there's an understanding engineering culture. Benefits are excellent!

Cons

There are growing pains as the company expands. Issues are compounded by the present supply chain shortage. Pay is okay, it could better match the engineering industry.
