Pros

Fun place to work. Great opportunities for creativity.

Cons

Fuel cells stink. Way too complicated to be commercially and unreliable to be viable. Not to mention, hydrogen is not easy to come by unless you live on the sun. Customers are recipients of government subsidies. Without them, nobody in their right mind would buy fuel cell products.

the training was pretty good. the technology could have some promise, but the execution is all wrong.

Cons

very disorganized. poor work/life balance. POOR PAY!!!! products are JUNK! most "engineers" are right out of college with no experience. little chance for advancement except if you want to travel full time. Temp agency that they use has horrific so called "benefits" They ship units that didn't even pass testing, just hope it works.

Pros

I learned a great deal and met a number of knowledgeable individuals. I was able to understand and view the Hydrogen fuel cell technology up close and try to wrap my head around this nifty addition to science.

Cons

I was never formally trained as promised once in my interview and again after my date of hire. I had to endure negative reinforced behavior from certain senior employees. I was yelled and cursed at while at work as well as having to endure constant phone calls for breakdowns due to lack of maintenance and training. Parts nor servicing was organized at the site.
