Pros

The people you work with are helpful and kind, while initially many processes and systems were entirely missing, by the end of my tenure, they were far more built out and beginning to thrive.

Cons

Nobody really knows who is responsible for what, lots of fires to put out, people are fairly siloed and stressed out, pace of progress can seem very two steps forward one step back.

There are no pros to working there

Horrible management that doesn't care about employees. They change rules and regulations almost daily. give lazy employees promotions over more Trained senior employees put down the hard working people ,supervisors don't care about quality of work only care about how much can be done I a shift, management often make employees work holidays without holiday pay
