Pros

Before Plug started growing too fast it was awesome. Great benefits, good wages, Good Work life balance.

Cons

THey started farming out some of the HR tasks and things got complicated and then they got involved in politics and just laid off the only production people that know how to make the Air cooled stacks for Amazon

Great team values! Great benifits compared to most jobs in the south.

Cons

Pay is not fair, very little training. They mostly depend on you to be trained by other employees some of which don't know how to do what your asking them to teach to you.

Old company trying to reinvent itself: low compensation, poor benefits, extremely antiquated processes. Very disparate amounts of work being done by different people; more tenured individuals do tons of work while largely failing to onboard the people they hire. If you have a "self-directed" job you will get very little support.
