I have had a 20 plus career prior to working at Plug - this was by far and without a doubt the absolute worst example of how a division/department should be run. I have never encountered anything like this place - every day was just another head shaking, cannot believe they do things like this kind of day. They should actually be ashamed of themselves for what they put their poor employees through. Management is ignorant, micro-manages, their way is the only way (but it is the wrong way obviously - shows in the results) does NOT see the bigger picture, rude, sneaky, does not understand where & how to resolve issues they have, keeps on keeping on with incorrect processes & turns their head when more efficient ones are presented, It is absolutely clear why they have overall material weaknesses in their financials but yet no one changes anything, no shakeup with management, Upper Management just stays the same, middle management can't get it together to fix what is not working cannot see past their own job to get things fixed. They do not have competent people and rely on bad data - worrying about how to present rather than the content of what they are presenting. Management is the worst! Closed minded, do it the old way cuz that is how we have done it always. If you enjoy total disorganization, backwards thinking, attention to the wrong details, being micromanaged, overdemanding & unreasonable boss, no policies or processes, systems that are a joke with bad data in them, working day & night - this job is for you....Otherwise do NOT work here.
