Supportive management, creative environment, friendly co-workers ... CEO is a genuine and nice person. Casual professional atmosphere that promotes growth.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that is is growing so fast that more organization needs to be put in place.

Lots of hands on experience, got to touch on many different parts of engineering. Was able to work without a lot of supervision and was trusted to do the tasks at hand.

Cons

Not many cons I can think of.

Plenty of opportunities to advance within the company

Cons

Sometimes engineering doesn't always match what happens in the field and it can be difficult to get support. Also parts can run low causing a back up on site.
