      Pros

      The company's emphasis on finding people who align with their core values means that I get to work with a group of people that are great human beings. Every job has it's stresses and every job sucks some days but if you're working with people that you enjoy being with a hard days work isn't a bad day at all.

      Cons

      This industry is challenging since emergencies don't always happen at convenient times of day. Sometimes that's a rub on the work/life balance.

      Company is great with vision, However, I question the captains who steer the ship

      Pros

      OWNER who truly cares about its employees. Also has an open book policy which makes it very easy to speak to.

      Cons

      No room to grow. When wanting more, company calls you "selfish." Company big on its core values, however, management hypocrites on "character" and "ethics". Example....they say "we are the best of the best and we hire the best" however, people still get hired when failing drug tests.

      The few people with a moral compass.

      Cons

      Moral and ethical issues. Do not care about employees or customers. Will compromise both in order to book a sale.
