      nothing this is a hostile enviroment

      Bad leadership starting at the top with Bob Poor pay can make more money at a fast food company Management does not trust the employees to do the job they are hired for and sent out a email that all communication has the go through the call center leadership they will not even allow you to communicate with HR

      The cornerstone of our business is operating under the core values of Faith, Ethics, Character, Excellence, Leadership, and Stewardship. At no time will we ask our employees to sell unnecessary services. Doing so would not align with our core values, and an employee doing that would not be a good fit within our organization. We get to know our client's needs and wants, then openly and honestly educate them to provide solutions to their needs or wants.

      Coworkers, hours, basics, outside work, away, professional work.

      Cons

      Management is garbage favors hacks and let’s go hard workers. Would rather supervise leads with apprentices. Chaz supervising Jay for example (HVAC)
