Pros

I have a job. It pays decent, and the benefits are good. My coworkers are nice and some are helpful.

Cons

It is just what it is, a job. I come here to work, but it is far from my favorite job. People are always stressed out, projects rarely get completed on time, it really stems from constant exits and pivots on the product and what leadership wants. The saying if it's broken don't fix it doesn't exist here. They will keep trying to fit a circle in a square peg.

Pros

I have been with Plume for a few months and was brought in by a previous friend. Happy I made the decision and I urge others to join as well. You will not find a more collaborative group of engineers you can build with and learn from. The company does a lot of events to get everyone together and the leadership team drives an active lifestyle. I spend a lot of time hiking and biking so this is something very close to me. Company is Pre-IPO and we are making the right steps to get there having done this at my last company.

Cons

Early and late night meetings with global teams. Not frequent but it leads to long days. There is also an expectation to come into the office if you are local to one.
