Amazing PTO Benefits Good Work Culture Company has become Customer centric recently Company is ambitious about being data driven Good experimentation culture to understand what does Customers prefer

Cons

1. Roadmap Company does have a roadmap but it is very unclear at this point, goal setting for employees as well as for organisations is a bit slow, too many moving parts on the roadmap makes things more trickier 2. Not getting simple things right The platform as well as the customer facing website is hard to navigate, the console itself tells you have multiple bugs, instead of releasing new features leaders should focus on making things work which already exists 3. Lack of Morale At ITC the vibe is not so optimistic, few teams are in complete maintenance Very few activities to keep employees engaged or motivate them to learn new things
