Avoid like the plague

Pros

Appear to be a company who cares about their employees from the outside i.e. what is shared on their website careers page.

Cons

Middle Management right through to Senior Leadership (including executive team) totally unqualified and ineffective. There's little to no innovation taking place, which is ironic given the curriculum lead by the authors on their platform.
