Thank you for your review. I’m pleased to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience working at Pluralsight. We do have a hybrid work model in India where team members are required to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The goal is that a hybrid model provides teams with flexibility and work-life harmony, while also allowing for in-person connection and collaboration. I’ll certainly pass on the feedback you’ve provided, but I also encourage you to raise this experience with your leader. Will Clive Chief People Officer

Pros

Good tech stack and learning platform to upskill

Cons

Some leaders at ITC focus excessively on themselves and tend to micromanage, especially those from a service background. Internal reviews consistently rate the environment as low, raising doubts about the Great Place to Work Award. There's a lack of clear goals and growth opportunities, with employee voices suppressed and concerns discouraged. Politics and favoritism overshadow delivery concerns, with undue emphasis on tracking work locations rather than productivity. Few top leadership in ITC teams appears biased and immature.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience working at Pluralsight. We’ve had a challenging two years and have experienced a lot of change. I would like to address your point on internal reviews and the Great Place To Work award. Our internal surveys, specifically in India, actually indicate the opposite of what you mentioned. We run internal surveys quarterly and the majority of team members in India tell us that they are satisfied working at Pluralsight. The Great Place To Work survey was sent to all of our team members in India and measured individual team member experiences through 60 statements and two open-ended questions. For Pluralsight to obtain this certification, 70% or more of our team members in India needed to rate the company as a great workplace. While both surveys indicate a positive experience for the majority of team members, I recognize that there are still areas of improvement. Giving team members autonomy over their work is something we strive for. On our internal surveys, autonomy shows as one of the things people like most about working here. I’m sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience. Will Clive Chief People Officer
