Pros

My team was good. Culture is pretty chill.

Cons

Massive lay offs in June (17% of the company was laid off) India center about to be sold off to a service based company.

Pros

All I can think of right now are the amazing memories I’ve made with my team.

Cons

Three CEOs in three years shows serious instability at the top. Leadership changes feel constant, unclear, and poorly explained. Very frequent layoffs looks more like a financial shortcut than a real strategy. Management seems focused on cutting people instead of fixing the business. The company isn’t growing profits or clients — it’s just shrinking the workforce to make EBITDA look “stable.” Decisions feel reactive, not strategic, and leadership doesn’t inspire confidence.
