Pros

Good product, leader in it's space, great team members. Leaders are putting a lot of work into increasing sales. Good investment into sales tools and training. Also putting a lot of work into getting leadership roles filled and stable. It's a good company to work for (work-life balance is positive) but you have to be really honest about what your compensation requirements are. If you need to be able to hit your OTE I'd use caution.

Cons

Comp. Past few years earning potential has decreased significantly. Enterprise is floundering in both growth and retention, sellers not making money. The product is challenging to sell in this environment due to competition and uncertainty in buying. Leadership turnover here has been unbelievable and constant. No Chief Product Officer in years, so innovation and tech leadership is adrift.
