Pros

Free stuff, fun work environment

Cons

Bad management of fast growth. Company was restructured three times in the one year I worked there and everyone seemed lost. High turnover. LOTS of travel waste.

Hey there. We’re indeed always adapting to meet the company’s needs, but with a laser-like focus on intentionally doing it, ensuring our strategy totally aligns with the vision, and understanding the impact it has. I’m sorry to hear you felt something different! - Anita

people don't work together. Every person for themself. Don't listen to feedback. Very top down with no reinforcement. Behavior does not align to touted values.

Pros

Pluralsight *used to be* a highly coveted place to work. Management was inspirational, the company was launching exciting new features, and culture was generally positive. I experienced a lot of growth during my time at Pluralsight.

Cons

After receiving multiple promotions for good work in my last year there and being told I was on the path do being a people leader in 2023, I was laid off alongside a large sum of high-performing colleagues about a week before Christmas via a script read by my C-level (who was also laid of shortly after). It was a terrible experience. The company was already going downhill though, obviously. Product was not launching big value adds and team culture was becoming negative and click-y. Now lay-offs seem to be a part of the culture, happening each quarter. Sadly, if you want a stable job, I would avoid Pluralsight. Work life balance was also TERRIBLE there. I worked 24/7.
