Pros

Hire great people and trying to execute cutting edge, but no stick with it or consistency.

Cons

No value for those that actually work and add value. It’s all about if you are “in” and using the current lingo. CEO ditched his original partners and seems to be all into “who has the most toys”. So sad… this company is going places. But it could have made so much of a difference around the world! Shame on the leadership and their greed.

Pros

Compensation, office location/environment, working with my extended teams (there are a lot of great and very under-appreciated people on staff), client reaction and acceptance of solution, programs for non-profits, maturity of our platforms

Cons

The lack of a clearly-defined market strategy, bare-minimum offering of practical training programs needed to "hit the ground running", the underscored need to navigate a minefield of politically-correct identity pronouns, more than just a whiff of misogyny in the air, a privileged few seem to defy the gravity of performance metrics, seemingly free of the required tenure needed to prove results within a given role before opportunities for advancement are presented.

Pros

Recharge Weeks, unlimited PTO(though not applicable in real life for those in sales.)

Cons

Layoff reduced team and those that survived were golfing buddies or grew up with leaders. One rep that survived; is friends with boss and boss’s boss; this individual closed 1 deal in a Q and it was less than $10k. While multiple team members with much higher sales, higher attainment and better “metrics that matter” were part of the layoff but were not lifelong friends and golfing buddies with leaders. Absolutely no career growth opportunities. Expect further reductions and not backfilling roles.
