Pros

The Pluralsight product is simply great, and it’s a delight to sell it as it truly adds value to any company that sees technology as a strategic priority. And of course there are nice people, but that’s almost for any company.

Cons

At first the focus on values and culture seem great. Until you find out how easy it’s being used against you. Than it almost starts to feel as if you joined a sekt. It’s what you see in many modern companies. If you don’t clap when everyone claps, things won’t work out for you.

Great colleagues hindered by terrible leadership

A lot of nice people, but they would all be better elsewhere.

Cons

Worst leadership I’ve experienced. Low level and failed IC’s constantly promoted into EMEA leadership & SLT roles, unsurprisingly presiding over consistent and dramatic failure of the company. Company losing significant revenue year on year.
