Pros

- Competitive salary and benefits compared to industry benchmarks - Generally low-stress environment; not a culture of crunch - Smart, supportive, and collaborative teammates at the engineer level - Work-life balance is respected

Cons

- Frequent strategy shifts and re-orgs have created ongoing uncertainty since late 2021, with layoffs occurring regularly - Work can feel uninspiring at times - not always focused on building polished, user-facing experiences, but rather integration or supporting projects - Lack of long-term vision and inconsistent alignment across product, design, and engineering - Some teams get to work on exciting features while others are left with less impactful projects

Pros

Perks are great. You'll get to work on new initiatives with AI and create new workflows.

Cons

Recent frequent layoffs and uncertainty keeps people on their toes. And the management is not open about these things. Also frequent leadership changes raises the question about companies future.
