      - Work life balance - Awesome work environment - Great Coworkers - Office space is really good and they also have ChaiPoint machine. So if you are also a chai lover, this is a huge +1. - Many fun activities both indoor and outdoor - Both self-sponsored and company sponsored outings with team.

      Leadership needs to be realistic and take accountability of constant drastic changes. Board decisions are too heavily influences at all levels which don't sync with priorities
