Pros

- Great people to work with - Working with cutting edge technology across all cloud providers - Unlimited PTO that's encouraged to be used

Cons

- It's still a mess while they try and figure out how to make money after all their acquisitions - More annual layoffs than you can shake a stick at

Great purpose, uncertain future

Pros

Company purpose to provide affordable, valuable tech skill education is amazing. This company can truly change people's lives for the better.

Cons

From the initial Vista purchase to now, the company has been on an unproductive roller coaster of "invest and build right" to "cut costs and save EBITDA" over and over again. Current owner group was cobbled together to save their investment post-Vista write off, and the largest question is whether or not there is actually enough time available to save this company before they cut their losses.
