Pros

Benefits, compensation, work-life balance, flexibility, innovation, creativity, trust, positive atmosphere, caring managers and executives, free meals. They get it. Employees are the biggest and most important asset of a company and should be treated as such. Pluralsight understands that culture is critical to future growth and opportunity of the company. They've created a one-of-kind culture to allows us to flourish within our chosen paths. Team work is nourished and cultivated company wide which ultimately lifts all boats. Solving the world's problems is much easier to do when you have an awesome team vs a bunch of individuals doing their work alone.

Cons

They keep the snack wall stocked full of goodies which challenges the waist size.

Pros

The benefits package is outstanding, almost unbelievable. The trust they put into their employees to get their jobs done is un-equaled; we're free to decide the best time and process to get the work done that we need to. I'm able to work from home when needed. Access to management is completely transparent and easy. I've always been able to talk with everyone between the newest admin hire to the CEO with the same level of respect and confidence that they are taking what i say seriously.

Cons

The actual pay in my department doesn't seem to match some averages i've seen out there. Combined with the benefits i feel fairly compensated, but the subject of salary has nearly lured me away once before.

Pros

As this is an E-learning company, I am constantly learning. I have some great mentors as leaders who are constantly looking for improvement. The compensation is fair, and there have been plenty of opportunities to grow.

Cons

I can't think of one thing that is a con about this company. If you can call explosive growth and occasional growing pains a con, I suppose that would be the closest thing.
