Pros

Leadership constantly seeks to improve how we do business rather than protecting the status quo. We are trusted to do our best work and the work environment helps to foster this every day. The company doesn't track time off since we believe in trusting everyone to do the right thing to help keep the company and the employee healthy. We don't give annual performance reviews because we believe feedback should be more consistent and regular than a once-a-year discussion. We do have two rules that support the culture where we work: 1) To respect everyone - even when we disagree; and 2) Do what's in the best interest of the company.

Cons

We're growing fast so we can't do everything all at once. Sometimes, this can be frustrating as we work to improve at a faster pace, but we are doing a lot and I understand the constraints.

Pros

Great culture, lots of trust and flexibility, a willingness to question everything in order to do better. I also appreciate the company's attention to the individual employees' desire to grow and their willingness to promote from within.

Cons

Communication between the office is difficult and it sometimes feels like the flagship office is the first priority. It can also be difficult to set the individual ego aside and have frank discussions about whether or not something is working.
