      Pros

      I have been at Pluralsight for 8 months now and I am never leaving ,this is my forever job. Our founder Aaron Skonnard actually cares about his staff and I really feel like a valued member of this company. I am so proud to work here.

      Cons

      The amount of information to learn and just finding out a few days before hand that we have something new coming but I guess most companies are like that.

      I can be more thankful and proud to be working at Pluralsight! I know what you're thinking - "she got paid to say so!" But I kid you not - this IS my genuine feeling. Pluralsight has provided incredible benefits to ensure that staff are looked after. Health Insurance, unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), Wellness Reimbursement... you name it. Work wise, the business provides all it can to enable staff members to do their best. The leadership team is so supportive and intelligent, I have all the autonomy I want but at the same time all the support I need when I need them. Great place, highly recommend joining!

      Cons, not really a con - but there are so much info to digest! But I guess this is the same for every company.
