Pros

So grateful to work for a company where I actually enjoy going to work every day. I literally feel like I am 'missing out' on the days that I don't come to the office. The owners at Pluralsight really care about the well being of their employees and treat them like MVP's.

Cons

Kind of tough to avoid those Jalapeno Cheddar Cheetos when you walk by the snack wall.

A company that values its people

Pros

This company spends an enormous amount of time, energy, and resources to improve the quality of life for its people. Culture is a huge focus. They follow the Deming philosophy and regularly meet to improve processes. In my interviews, we talked at length about intrinsic motivation, Dan Pink's book "Drive" and how important mastery and autonomy were. The compensation is good and the balance is far better than anything I've encountered. Most important: I never feel like people are expecting the worst from me. No one breathes down my neck in crunch-time, and people just let you do your job. The morale is fantastic.

Cons

Fast growth and acquisition can make your head spin. It will be exciting to see where we go from here.

The Greatest Place to Work

Pros

Schedule flexibility is incredible. They pay 100% of benefits for you and your immediate family. You get free lunch every Wednesday and free snacks whenever you want. And by snacks I mean soda, brand name energy drinks, ice cream, personal pizzas, sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, muffins, literally just about anything. The people are all really friendly and they are always bringing on new people. My experience with the management team, especially following the new Deming principals, have been far different then the one negative review on here (just my experience). I am not micro managed and I have the responsibility over my own work. There is no fear of losing your job and there is no office drama. Close to the train station and shopping/restaurants.

Cons

There is literally only 1 con... the kitchen and all the food and free lunches make you gain 20 pounds when you first start. Luckily the pay for your gym membership at the gym in the same complex as the office.
