Company continues to do layoffs and ELT is changing every few months.

Every few months, high-performing and valuable team members are laid off, often replaced with cheaper resources, creating a climate of fear and instability. • Leadership turnover is STAGGERING. The CEO has changed THREE times in the past year, and executive leadership roles seem to rotate every quarter. This lack of continuity has eroded any real sense of direction or trust. • Once respected, people first leaders have been replaced by those who seem more focused on optics than actual employee well being. • Major decisions are dictated solely by the US headquarters, with no regard for local teams or long term impact, it feels like a top down command culture. • The leadership often presents a warm and friendly face, but that warmth disappears the moment you’re no longer seen as “cost effective.” You’re replaced, forgotten, and your contributions disregarded. • Promotions are often given based on tenure, not merit leading to unqualified individuals managing teams and creating toxic or inefficient work environments.
