Pros

Great benefits, friendly coworkers, team leaders that genuinely care about my wellbeing professionally and personally

Cons

Despite all the pros I listed, I can't endorse Pluralsight as a place to work for because of 1 simple reason: layoffs. For the past 3ish years, there seems to always be constant rounds of layoffs and many of them do not seem to be based on merit whatsoever. Many of the layoffs also appear to be a result of poor target setting from leadership and desire to appear profitable than from a genuine necessity in reduction of workforce. Just the stress of layoffs alone offsets all the positives listed

Horrible. Sinking ship

Pros

Easy schedule - nobody cares what you do or when you do it.

Cons

Honestly….. can’t even put into words. Pluralsight is the worst company I’ve ever seen let alone have been apart of. So many politics, leadership doesn't care about you at all, no culture. The work is not challenging at all, the company never hits targets, it’s been through close to 10 different layoffs in less than 2 years and probably won’t stop any time soon. It’s actually a joke how far off the company has fallen in such a short time. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re thinking about joining Pluralsight.

Layoffs to balance the books

Pros

A pay check and remote work is it

Cons

Lays offs to balance the books....shame. do better another 20% of layoffs to make them look profitable on paper. They are extremely below market thresholds for merit.
