* No job security, any time anything can happen * Leadership is putting lot of unnecessary pressure on employees just to highlight their leadership * it's just product maintenance nothing major functional work * Too much micro management on lead level as well. * You are expected to blindly follow what US team says * No proper roadmap

1. Roadmap Company does have a roadmap but it is very unclear at this point, goal setting for employees as well as for organisations is a bit slow, too many moving parts on the roadmap makes things more trickier 2. Not getting simple things right The platform as well as the customer facing website is hard to navigate, the console itself tells you have multiple bugs, instead of releasing new features leaders should focus on making things work which already exists 3. Lack of Morale At ITC the vibe is not so optimistic, few teams are in complete maintenance Very few activities to keep employees engaged or motivate them to learn new things
