Pros

Week long company break. Super easy process to get setup, in terms of employment paperwork. Really nice new office building

Cons

Taking away benefits like free healthcare, acquired by private equity and more changes to come. Really high turnover.

Pros

unlimited pto work life balance big beautiful building with games, gym, etc.

Cons

Work life balance depends on your immediate org. CEO sold out to Vista and is basically just a mouth piece for them. Company now functions like a giant bureaucracy and innovation is stifled at every turn. Slack is just as bad as social media with bullying and lack of respect. No equity. New health insurance sucks (Signa). Chances for raises and promotions are few and far between. A lot of the benefits are gone and the company webpage is severely outdated and inaccurate. Pluralsight is hemorrhaging talent and not replacing it. Pluralsight use to be an amazing company to work for and now it is just average at best.
