Pros

First and foremost, Pluralsight cares about the users and continually are looking to innovate. It's great to be apart of this hyper-growth environment and be apart of so much internal and external change. The environment is a great place to be that provides great benefits for health (gym, yoga, massage)and non-health: ) (treats and drinks). The no-commision structure really maximizes teamwork that makes this special.

Cons

With all technology companies, there is change and this is a good thing, you have to be willing to change roles or carry different responsibilities. However, leadership had done an ironically terrible job in not letting current employees grow in relation to compensation or promotions. Let's take emotion out of this equation and bring in logic. In the last 3 years, we have tripled in size (awesome right!?) And there has been less than 5 promotions in sales (I think 4 total) and 10+ demotions. Maybe this isn't a place to grow...Pluralsight is not alone in this. Part of Pluralsight s value is about empowering and providing the tools to grow vocationally, but yet from an internal standpoint, this is non existent without a program in place. Can this be fixed? Somewhat...we have been lied to and rolled over many times, it's hard to trust in some of this.

Pros

They care about their employees and truly want us to be happy. Unlimited PTO. No dress code. Amazing surprise bonuses. Free Insurance. They expect employees to learn, grow and innovate.

Cons

The company is growing pretty rapidly and it's creating fear that we won't be able to maintain this awesome culture.

Pros

Immediate coworkers Unlimited Paid Time Off

Cons

New senior leadership that came in from Avantax essentially ruined the company and culture that had been built up in years prior. They took no time to understand roles within the business, just interested in making any short term cost cutting decisions that will keep them afloat. However, they have no long term strategy in mind and are constantly pivoting on a whim.
